Do

• Be factual and concise
• Use templates
• Acknowledge with short replies: “ACK”, “COPY”, “ROGER”
• Defer chatter to Primary/Test when appropriate

Don’t

• Spam updates
• Share names/medical details unless necessary
• Argue or debate in channels
• Post speculative information

Channels

• Emergency: priority traffic only
• CERT: trained operators, summaries, coordination
• Ops: network operations/health
